Silk tie, midnight blue with a hunting landscape

A dark tie in which a hunting scene can be made out, for velvets and tweeds. It is worn with a shirt with fine blue stripes and an emerald green panne velvet jacket.

The pattern: A hunting landscape runs the full length: teal trees, cream clouds, riders and hounds in ochre and brown, on a midnight blue ground. The colours are muted; from a distance, the tie looks dark, lit by touches of green and gold.

The material: 100% silk.

The make: Made in Italy. Width 8.5 cm.
