Orders and delivery
How long does dispatch take?
Once your order has been confirmed, it is dispatched within 1 to 3 working days.
How can I track my parcel?
As soon as your order is dispatched, we send you an email with your tracking number: you can then track your parcel on the Colissimo website.
Is it possible to cancel an order?
Yes, as long as your parcel has not left: write to us at wicketshop@wicket.fr.
Click & Collect
How does Click & Collect work?
Order on wicket.fr and, at checkout, choose to collect in store: Grenelle (7th), Malesherbes (8th) or Courcelles (17th). Your order is usually ready in 2 to 4 days, and we let you know as soon as it is waiting for you. All about Click & Collect
When can I collect my order?
As soon as you receive our message, Tuesday to Saturday, 11am to 7pm.
Are Archive pieces available in the shops?
We do not display previous collections in our shops: some pieces are on sale in the Archives section. Some can be sent from our warehouses to the shop of your choice if you choose Click & Collect.
Returns and Exchanges
How do I return or exchange an item?
Write to us at wicketshop@wicket.fr: we register your return and guide you through the process. All about returns
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 working days to return your order to us, for an exchange or a refund.
Who pays the return costs?
Return costs are at your expense.
Sizes and collections
How do I find my size?
Take a garment that fits you well, measure it laid flat and compare it with our size guide, style by style.
What do sizes R, S and L mean?
Some cuts, such as the Kensington, come in several lengths. R (Regular) is the standard size. S (Short): shorter jacket and sleeves, a jacket that is fuller at the stomach, and trousers one size up. L (Long): longer jacket and sleeves. See the size guide
An item is no longer available in my size. Will it be back?
Write to us at wicketshop@wicket.fr: we will tell you whether a restock is planned.
Do you offer clothes at reduced prices?
Yes: pieces from our previous collections are offered at reduced prices in the Archives section.

Where are your shops?
In Paris: 39 rue de Grenelle (7th), 61 boulevard Malesherbes (8th), our original shop, and 67 boulevard de Courcelles (17th). See our shops
What are your opening hours?
Our three shops welcome you Tuesday to Saturday, 11am to 7pm.
How do I book an appointment for a special order?
Fill in the form on the Special order page, stating the shop of your choice, or call one of our shops directly.
Payment
Are payments secure?
Yes. Payments go through Stripe’s secure system, which encrypts the information transmitted (SSL protocol): no third party can see it.
When am I charged?
As soon as your order is confirmed.
