Send an email to wicketshop@wicket.fr stating your order number and the item concerned.

We register your return and tell you how to send your parcel back.

Send the item back
You have 14 working days from delivery to return your order to us. Return costs are at your expense.

Exchange or refund
On receipt of your parcel, we proceed with the exchange or the refund, as you prefer.
Good to know
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your parcel has not left: write to us at wicketshop@wicket.fr.
My item is faulty or does not match my order.
All our products are covered by the legal warranty provided for by articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code: a non-conforming item may be returned to us to be taken back, exchanged or refunded. Send your claim within thirty days of delivery to WICKET SARL, 61 boulevard Malesherbes, 75008 Paris.
