A house founded in Paris in 2003

Heritage

English elegance, in Paris, for more than twenty years.

The house

WICKET was founded in Paris in 2003 by Hugues de Peyrelongue, with a simple idea: to offer an elegant and discerning clientele suits in the purest English tradition.

It all began with made-to-measure, in our original shop on boulevard Malesherbes. Then came the collections, followed by new addresses: today the house has three shops in Paris.

Independent, with no investment fund behind it, WICKET is still run by its founder. This continuity gives it a coherent world, which it brings to life with sincerity, season after season.

The style

The English wardrobe at its truest: the Kensington and Hampstead cuts, the Downton weekend jacket, the waistcoat with lapels, covert coats and double-breasted coats, the safari jacket, the dinner suit and the morning coat.

Since 2012, as a tribute to the English who carried their elegance from Nice to Naples, the Italian cuts, Turin, Milan, Rome and Naples, have brought them softness and lightness.

The spirit of tailoring

Our suits are made with a traditional half-canvassed construction and many tailored finishes, in cloths from the greatest houses: Vitale Barberis Canonico, Loro Piana, Drapers, Reda, Piacenza.

Our shoes are made in England with Crockett & Jones.
