The Tie – Brick red silk with green flowers

Silk tie, brick red with olive and blue-grey flowers

A floral tie in warm tones, for the tweeds, corduroys and flannels of winter. Its mix of red and olive goes well with brown and green jackets.

The pattern: A dense scattering of fine-petalled flowers, like daisies, in olive lit with yellow, between which smaller blue-grey flowers open. The flowers cover almost all of the brick red ground, which shows through only in flashes; from a distance, the tie looks olive and red, warm in tone.

The material: 100% silk.
