Silk tie, green and yellow squares on a burgundy ground

A silk tie with a graphic design, to wear at the weekend with corduroy, a denim shirt or a tweed jacket. Its deep burgundy goes well with olive greens and browns.

The pattern: Large open squares, set at an angle and scattered freely, each drawn with a green frame doubled by a slightly offset golden yellow frame, like a drop shadow. The design, generous and widely spaced, lets the burgundy ground of the slightly lustrous silk breathe; from a distance, the yellow frames stand out clearly.

The material: 100% silk.
