A cheerful tie, in seaside colours, for summer and the weekend. Wear it with a navy blazer and a white or sky blue shirt.

The pattern: A chequerboard of small squares: on the navy squares, a sailing boat with a white mainsail and an ochre hull; on the others, a red and white houndstooth. The squares alternate in regular rows along the whole length; from a distance, the tie plays on blue, red and white, like a ship’s flag.
