Silk tie, black and ecru puppytooth with burgundy polka dots

A silk with the pattern of a woollen cloth, to go with grey flannel or a tweed jacket. Its small burgundy polka dots liven up a discreet houndstooth.

The pattern: A black and ecru houndstooth, so fine that from a distance it reads as plain grey, sprinkled with small, well-spaced burgundy polka dots in staggered rows. The design recalls a winter suiting, with the suppleness of silk.
