Silk tie, red, white and blue medallions on a navy ground

The pattern: Square medallions with rounded corners, set diamond-wise: a bright blue frame, a row of white beads, then a red rosette at the centre. They line up in staggered rows, very regular; from a distance, the tie looks navy, punctuated with red.
