A blue Prince of Wales check, discreet and dressy, rarer on a shirt than on a suit. It is worn with a plain suit, navy or grey, and a plain tie.

The pattern: A blue and white Prince of Wales check with a very fine design, criss-crossed by fine white lines that form large checks. From a distance, the shirt looks a mid blue with a slight mélange; up close, the pattern can be read in detail.
