Herringbone, a great classic of the English wardrobe, on our three-button jacket. In navy, it stays understated and is as much at home at the office as at dinner.

The cut: Fitted English cut, three-button jacket. Slanted pockets with a small ticket pocket, working buttonholes on the cuffs, topstitching on the lapels and pockets.

The cloth: Virgin wool woven in a herringbone twill. A warm wool, for autumn and winter.

The trousers: Single pleat, side adjusters and a button fly, as English tradition requires.
