Silk grenadine tie, navy with green polka dots

A navy grenadine with a sprinkling of green polka dots, to bring a little colour to a grey or navy suit. It also goes with a tweed or flannel jacket, at the weekend.

The pattern: Small round polka dots in a bright green, evenly spaced in staggered rows on a fine-weave navy grenadine. Up close, the green stands out clearly against the openwork texture; from a distance, the tie looks navy, only faintly dotted.

The material: 100% silk grenadine.
