Silk tie, navy and burgundy stripes

A tie with broad navy and burgundy stripes, a classic of the men’s wardrobe. Knot it over a sky blue shirt, with a navy suit as well as with a grey flannel.

The pattern: Navy and burgundy bands, of equal width, alternating diagonally along the whole length. Fine diagonal ribs run across the silk and catch the light; from a distance, all that remains is the clear-cut alternation of the two colours.
