Suit in grey wool flannel with midnight blue stripes
Striped flannel, the look of the English suit par excellence. Set on grey, the midnight blue stripe stays understated and reveals itself up close.
The cut: Fitted English cut, two-button jacket. Slanted pockets with a small ticket pocket, working buttonholes on the cuffs, topstitching on the lapels and pockets.
The cloth: 340 g virgin wool flannel, woven by Vitale Barberis Canonico in the Biella region. Soft and slightly downy, with a beautiful drape. An autumn/winter weight.
The trousers: Single pleat, side adjusters and a button fly, as English tradition requires. Slanted pockets, two jetted back pockets.
Optional: The six-button single-breasted waistcoat, for the three-piece version.
The model: 1.86 m, 77 kg, athletic build. He wears a size 50.
